Guarantee period

All guarantees for products are provided entirely by the manufacturers / Dutch importers and are subject to their terms and conditions.


Guarantee policy

If you wish to pursue a warranty claim we shall act on your behalf and shall treat all claims as a matter of urgency. The following procedure will apply:

  • You will receive a confirmation of your guarantee inquery and an address for returning the product.
  • Always enclose the original invoice.
  • Please return the products decently packed to prevent any damage while shipped.
  • You will be informed about the approximate time handling your guarantee request.
  • If available you will receive a test report of the product you have returned for guarantee. This test report is provided by the manufacturer / supplier.

Costs

Goods returned under warranty must be returned carriage paid. If a warranty claim is not valid then we will not be liable for any compensation. We will not accept any liability for any labour or associated costs involved in a warranty claim.
