Goods can be returned within 7 days after purchase. This is being done by:

• Goods must be returned in a resellable condition.
• Returning goods is always being done via shipment, the goods should always be decently packed to prevent damage while being shipped.

Limitation in returning the product.

• Returning products is only possible when they are in resellable condition.
• Specially prepared and ordered items like for example coilover kits, Brembo Gt-Kits, custom made brake pads and brake lines can not be returned.

• Costs for returning the products are always paid by the customer. The only exception are incorrectly delivered products.
• Depending on the reason for return, a restocking fee of up to 30% may be charged.
• Any costs made by B&R Carparts Online will be deducted from the refundable amount.
